The purpose of this study is to determine what factors consumers in Uzbekistan take into account when buying egg products, to study egg consumption habits and to analyze the requirements for the quality, price and type of eggs offered. The research will clarify the general requirements for egg products and consider opportunities to improve future product offerings.
